Susie Bell

My Name is Roger Parker, I am Susie's partner. I am 44 years old, I was an IT manager last year until I had a bad back, which triggered a mental breakdown as well, Susie supported me through this. 

 

I supported Susie this year when she finally broke down and needed to get better from her depression, she had waited for me to be able to support her. She decided to write poetry to help her with her feelings of the days at work and this turned into her blog www.heartilymindful.com after a few months she decided to turn into a blog in which I compiled the book and wrote the epilogue.

 

Susie is passionate about ending the discrimintation, shame and misunderstanding Mental Health Illnesses, not only having been through them, but, the stories I have heard I stand with her, I also help her if she needs research from the males feelings on mental health.
