Heartily Yours (kindle and paperback)

Volume 1 from Blog Heartily Mindful

I sat wondering how to talk to people through my poems as that was the only way I could get my feelings out. I wanted to end the stigma of Mental Health and to help others realise that they are not alone with the same feelings

Getting over it or snapping out of it is all well and good if you can do that, however there are some of us who can't and aren't able to so we have gone to a place where we feel is safe under a dark cloud, but, with my book, I am hoping it will help them to feel that they are not alone with the black cloud hovering and there is a light at the end of the tunnel and helping others to understand how it feels to go to work feeling this each day.

50 pence from every book sold will go to Mind and Elefriends

Darren joined her on her visit to reconcile their differences.

Sarah’s heart breaking and she was unsure who was going to be the one to heal it for her Darren, or Marcus wanting to get close enough to show Sarah how long he waited for her and truly loved her also showing Darren that this time he wasn't giving her up without a fight as he had before with Harry and himself.

Vicky making herself an enemy from being her best friend. Sarah couldn't understand what she had ever done wrong except be best friends with this Vixen. Sarah had begun to see her in a new light and kept the old saying keep your friends close and your enemies closer, if living next door wasn't close enough, how much closer did she have to be to watch her?

The cruel twist of the ice cold sharp knife in Sarah’s heart had turned once again, who was going to win who was going to lose, even Sarah wasn’t sure, Vicky, Darren, Marcus or Sarah only time would tell.

Sarah wanted to be happy and so many friends want her to be. How far will her heart go to be happy again, she wasn't sure, she knew she was going to grab hold of it and keep it close when she did.
