A book packed with poems and pieces written by myself, Susie Bell who has written the blog for Heartily Mindful since April, 2013. I have written these through experience not through medical experience, this is day to day feelings to help myself think things through, I haven't held anything back it is all what I have gone through, the pains and struggles of depression which I have gone through over the past years.
I have been writing for a while, however I feel that I have finally done something useful with my writing other than stories, writing poetry coming from the heart and mind always thinking about others as well as myself.
